(Wedding Party Logistics)

This schedule is primarily for the wedding party but also applies to the parents and close family of the bride and groom, as family photos will be taken during this time.

We kindly request that the bridal party dress in formal black and white attire. Friends and family who will be in photos are encouraged to do the same to maintain a cohesive look.

If you’re flying in on July 3rd, we recommend arriving early, as the rehearsal will be held that evening around 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM. This is the only available day for the rehearsal due to the Fourth of July holiday and the wedding on the 5th.

Date: July 3rd, 2025

Time: 4:00 PM

Location: Garden by the Bay

The rehearsal will take place at Garden by the Bay at 5:00 PM, and family members, parents, and spouses of the wedding party are encouraged to attend. During the rehearsal, we’ll review the ceremony details, walk through the processional, and discuss plans for photos on the wedding day.

For those unable to attend the rehearsal, don’t worry! We will ensure you are informed about the process on the day of the wedding.

After the rehearsal, we’ll gather for dinner to kick off the festivities. A map of important locations is located on the "home" page.

Everyone, including the wedding party and close family, should be ready to stay behind after the ceremony at 4:30 PM, as our photographer will begin taking photos promptly at that time. The photo session will conclude at 5:30 PM, so please ensure you arrive on time and are fully prepared.
