Join us at the resort for a day of bonding and relaxation!

When: We will be expecting guests to join us at the hotel and lawn area starting at 1:00 PM.

What: A day to enjoy the resort’s pool, beaches, food, and beverages.

Where: Patrick and I have reserved a large suite with access to a spacious patio area.

Who’s Invited: Everyone, even if you’re not staying at the resort.

Parking: The hotel parking is only available to resort guests. If you’re not staying at the resort, street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.

Details: We’ll send a reminder and specific instructions to friends and family the day before the event.

(Wedding Ceremony Details)

When: Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

Where: The lawn area to the right of the hotel lobby.

Once you enter the lobby, walk past the restaurant and continue along the sidewalk. You’ll see the ceremony space ahead.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and locating the ceremony area.

Parking: There will be no onsite parking available for guests. Street parking is available but limited, so arrive early to secure a spot.

(Cocktail Hour Details)

When: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (immediately following the ceremony).

Where: Inside the reception/lobby area, located near the wedding hall.

What to Expect: Tray-passed hors d’oeuvres featuring

- Beef Satays with char siu barbecue sauce.

- Deep-fried artichoke hearts.

- Firecracker shrimp.

Complimentary drinks will also be served.

(Child Care Check-in)

For those who wish to use child care services, we have arranged certified child care specialists to provide a fun and secure environment for children during the reception.

When: Check-in begins at 5:00 PM and services will end when the party concludes.

Where: Child care will be in a separate room located next to the wedding reception hall.

Details

Play Area: Equipped with toys, coloring activities, movies, and a space for children to eat if parents prefer.

Sleeping Area: Includes sleeping pads, blankets, and cribs for children who need to rest.

Security: Specialists will provide wristbands and a check-in/out sheet to ensure your child’s safety.

Flexibility: You can sign your child in and out at any time during the reception.

Food Arrangements

Meals can be delivered to the child care area if you’d like them to eat there.

Alternatively, you can check your child out temporarily if you’d like them to join you at the table for dinner.

(Wedding Reception Details)

The celebration continues at the reception, where we look forward to enjoying an evening of dinner, dancing, and unforgettable memories with all of you.

When: Doors open at 6:00 PM.

Where: The reception hall, near the lobby area.

Reception Schedule

6:00 PM: Guests are invited into the reception hall, where a seating chart will be displayed to guide you to your table.

6:10 PM: The wedding party will make their entrance.

6:15 PM: Bianca and Patrick’s grand entrance, followed by their first dance and a welcome speech.

6:30 PM: Dinner will be served.

7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Heartfelt toasts from family and friends.

7:30 PM - 11:00 PM: The evening is open for dancing, mingling, and enjoying the festivities.
